If your child's iOS device can't connect to the internet when it's plugged into the Bark Sync, it means that the Bark Sync is not connected to Wi-Fi. It's a quick fix with these steps:
If you haven't set up the Bark Sync yet
- Unplug your child's iOS device from the Bark Sync.
- Follow the Bark Sync setup guide.
- After setup, your child's device will have internet access when plugged into the Bark Sync!
If you already set up the Bark Sync
- Make sure the Bark Sync is powered on.
- When the Bark Sync is disconnected from Wi-Fi, the LED light will be blinking blue.
- Plug your child's iOS device into the Bark Sync with the provided cable.
- On your child's device, open the
Bark Kids app.
- Tap the Sync tab.
- Tap the connection error to get reconnected.
- Now, the Bark Sync's LED light should be solid blue.
That's it! Going forward, your child's device will still have internet access when plugged into the Bark Sync.
