If you have lost, traded in, or retired a device, make sure you delete it from your Bark dashboard — this way you won’t get alerts about it no longer working with Bark.
Note: If you've returned a Bark Phone or Bark Watch and want it removed from your account, you'll need to contact us for assistance.

- Open up your parent app / dashboard.
- Tap on your child's profile.
- Tap Devices at the top.
- Select the device your kid no longer uses.
- Tap Remove device.
